Oh hey there! It’s been a while, I know! I apologise. I’ve been so busy the past few months leading up to my holiday that my life got pretty boring.. all I did was work really and occasionally went out for brunch because I was in an extreme saving mode that I didn’t want to do anything else but stay home and work.
Anyway, I am currently on day 17 of my European holiday and can’t wait to tell you all about it.
First stop is London! I love London. It’s so easy to get around in public transport and they have some pretty good restaurants. Plus Harry Potter so, yeah.
We stayed at this hostel called Clink78. When my friend and I booked this trip, we agreed to do it el cheapo way. We came to the conclusion that a hotel was just a place to sleep. We wanted to see places and do as much as we could on a budget. So that little bit extra we pay for our hotel is a little bit extra we could put towards other stuff we wanted to do. So far all the hostels we’ve stayed at have had comfortable beds and central location and staff have been very friendly and helpful.
On our first night we went out for dinner at this place called Chiquitos in Leicester Square. Food was really nice and the atmosphere was great.
Another thing I love about London is the architecture. The buildings are sooo pretty. My advice when you’re walking around London? Look up. 🙂
If you’re ever in the UK and you love burgers, make sure you pop in this place called Honest Burgers. They have amaaaaaazing burgers.
