Today I thought I’d share with you my green smoothie recipe.
For someone like me who is always on the move, something like this is perfect for breakfast or lunch or even as a snack. It hasn’t got much ingredients and it’s very easy to make.
All you’ll need is a handful of spinach, frozen or fresh strawberries, honey, chia seeds (optional) cucumber and half a cup of skim milk.
Mix everything in the blender and blend your heart out.
Ta-da! There you have your yummy, easy to make green smoothie!
